Mailing Optimization

The shipment of mails and catalogues is every-day business of mail-order companies. A correct analysis of the customer data in the run-up of such actions is quite important but requires the following questions to be answered by the company:

To which customer I should send the new catalogue? How many customers and who exactly I should contact?

Which mailing is unprofitable because the target person will not respond anyway?

Mailing optimization is the key to these problems and especially in the hard-fought mail-order business it is essential today.

Often, experiences or even feelings as well as simple customer-value models are applied for mailing selections.
